You get a gig alert on email when your profile matches our requirement and per your confirmation, our project managers would get in touch with you for further discussion.

Our project managers will review your profile, and get in touch to know you better. Upon selection, you will be onboarded to our freelance community.

Ecstasy Creatives takes the responsibility of billing and payment processing for Freelancers. Upon onboarding every freelancer receive a purchase order. Once your services are rendered and approved by our Project Managers, raise an invoice to Ecstasy Creatives with the agreed amount as mentioned in the PO and the credit after taxes will be given effect within 2-7 business working days.

Ecstasy Creatives has its own proprietary rating system which monitors your performance and interaction for every project and derives a ‘true’ rating, beyond the client’s feedback. Once you onboard Ecstasy Creatives, a small paid-gig would be assigned to understand your strength, weakness and approach. Periodically, your gig complexity would increase and our AI-powered rating system will analyze to match you with the best tasks that align with your strengths. Some parameters of our rating system include early task-completion timeline, hourly-efficiency rate, periodic updates and progress sharing, community participation and active contribution.

Most project in Ecstasy Creatives is backed by a dedicated project manager with experience in the service being rendered and profound subject-matter expertise. They will guide you throughout the gig, starting from validating your project tasks in the start to regular communications and final deliverables. Bidding, Pitching and Payments will be handled by us, giving you the space and freedom to concentrate on the deliverables alone.

Once you onboard Ecstasy Creatives, you get access to ECLance, a dedicated freelance management platform that lets you keep a track of every step and progress of your assigned gig. You can also onboard your personal clients with Ecstasy Creatives, where you can manage the workflow, find other freelance contributors for your gig, and keep a track of your schedules. The best part is Ecstasy Creatives handles payments on your behalf* and act as your billing and platform partners.
