How to manage freelancers working on a project?
Once an engagement is signed, our pre-built automated workflows on ECLance is setup along with periodic tasks, that gets validated by our Project managers and allotted to the onboarded freelancers. Regular comments and screenshots are uploaded by the freelancers, which can be accessed from the dashboard directly. At the end of every milestone for long-term projects, a detailed progress report is sent that gives you an idea of the ongoing pipelines and delivery schedules.

What if a freelancer suddenly stops working on my project?
In case a freelancer on a legal contract with Ecstasy Creatives fails to show up within 2 days, without prior approval, the tasks would be transferred to another freelancer with a separate NDA. Our project managers make sure to get all the project documentations and collateral at the end of every sprint.

How is a freelancer allocated for my project?
Based on the project requirements, our AI-powered Freelancer Semantic System recommends the right-set of freelancers for each project sub-categories, based on various criteria of the consignment, analyzing the freelancer's skills and exposure.
