Once a client signs up with us, a specialized freelancer or a group of freelancers is assigned to the project along with a dedicated member of our internal team to regularly follow-up the communication flow. An E-Contract is signed both by the freelancer as well as the client with all the details including the specified needs, time-frame, number of inclusive revisions and the estimate precisely. You’ll also get full access to the freelancer’s CV, Portfolio and ratings.

  • How does Ecstasy Creatives work for Freelancers?

    Ecstasy Creatives connects freelancers with clients based upon their needs and budgets. After our vetting process, every freelancer is allocated with a personal dashboard. Regular updates about our happenings are updated in that block. Once a client reaches us, we try to understand their needs and when your profile matches, we connect you and the client. When you and the client are on good terms, an e-contract is signed by both the parties and our internal team regularly follows up your routines.

  • What is the pay that I get from a project?

    As a freelancer, you earn the majority of the project value. You earn upto 85% of your share, as per your demands according to the market standards. For projects that involve the segmenting of tasks between different freelancers, they’re paid according to the market standards.

  • Does a freelancer have the right to decline a project?

    Yes, Freelancer can decline a project with a valid cause. Too many rejections without a valid reason may end up in termination of a freelancer's account.

  • Can a freelancer add more than one specialization on my profile?

    A freelancer can showcase more than one specialization on his/her portal with a rating showcasing the level of expertise. This would be analyzed further by our internal team and finalized. Adding more than one specialization could help you get more chances of working on a project based on market demands.

  • What are the qualifications to join Ecstasy Creatives?

    We believe in creativity more than signed papers and grading. Anyone skilled at a particular craft is a part of Ecstasy Creatives without any prejudices or stereotypes

  • How does Ecstasy Creatives verify it’s clients/businesses?

    We stand for both the client as well as the freelancer. Hence a digital copy of their govt. approved identity is verified securely for authenticity purposes.

  • Can I work on more than one project as a Freelancer?

    Yes, but this is strictly based upon the demands of a client and proper scheduling. We will never allocate a schedule that overlaps or affects the other consignment. Hence, it’s advisable to sign only one contract at a time. In case of a time/period based agreement, a freelancer is not allowed to sign another contract with a client.

  • What if a client doesn't follow up properly?

    In case a client fails to properly follow up the freelancer for more than 3 days after he/she is on a legal contract with the freelancer without prior notice to the internal team as well as the freelancer, the contract would be terminated and the upfront would be divided to the freelancer based on the progress of consignment. The project would hence be closed.

  • Is my information confidential?

    We stand for your privacy and every data that we receive from freelancers and the clients is stored safely in our dedicated server and would never be shared with each other or any third parties. This would be used for verification alone and upon any misconduct(s). Check our Privacy Policies for a clear vision.

  • Can I get the contact information from my client?

    We encourage a free communication flow between a freelancer and the client. If a freelancer is spotted working with Ecstasy Creatives’ client outside, he/she would be dismissed from our team and applicable legal actions could be imposed including conduct behavior charges.
